I had a discussion with a x sup today and exactly what we are assuming is exactly what they said we are headed to a contractor way of life. No insight of pay and benefits but was warned to start looking for a new job or accept being a contractor. If this is what you non union people want just leave and go apply for prince or another contracting company because this is your fate. If you have kids gd luck paying medical.
