Am I right that ATS has no obligation to retain employees for a certain amount of time like Altice does? This is just an underhanded (actually pretty typical of corporate/Wall St types) way for them to shed employees when they said they wouldn't. If you do not see the need to organize here then don't complain about your fate later on.

Like I said a couple of weeks back. I will be in front of the Bx warehouse laughing my a$$ off in my lawn chair when they close it down. It's going to happen or as soon as lease expires, I don't like to pay take take take Altice principle philosophies, that is the only thing they are transparent about.
