It's all business, and not personal.
Or is it? I worked for ADP for many years and was laid off with many others a few months ago. While I found lower management to be great, upper management seemed to have a hatred, even rage, for its employees. It seemed to think that it's employees were a necessary evil. They had to be there to do the work, but not to be trusted and to be viciously exploited and manipulated. Just the feeling I got while working there.
