The post 3/31 org structure makes it clear that the long term vision is to swap American jobs with offshored Indians. The new president may have a thing or two to say about that.

Keep dreaming. You may not have voted for him, but he's yours and ours for at least the next four years.
Not my President....
Lots of complaining people here. Reality Check: You are responsible for your own happiness and your own career. If MCK isn't providing you with what you need, stop your griping and go elsewhere. Lots of people have done it already. Life is too short to spend at a place that doesn't respect your talents.
It really IS that simple.
Employees at McK have been fed 'alternative facts' for years. EIS is still telling American workers that their jobs are safe. (We just need to ignore all the parallel teams being put in place in India. Heh.)
If people are stupid enough to believe anything coming out of MCK management, they deserve what they're going to get.
The new president has put a staunch anti-H1B politician in charge of immigration issues, which includes H1Bs. Since Silicon Valley made such an aggressive effort to undermine his election, it's very likely that he'll make rescinding visas a priority. All that may be too late for Americans at this company, but it should free up more positions at companies that actually value American labor.
Cracking down on H1B visas was an alternative fact. In other words, A LIE.
Trump is all over what is going on at MCK with off-shoring but with McK's big Pharma shenigans square in his crosshairs as well, he may be content to let MCK implode.
You wish...
