Kmart, I have worked off and on for you for 20 years and practically have worked in every position, I have been a cashier, truck unloader, lead, and manager .. I have seen You be great and fail to only pick your self up and fight. You provided me my first job and my second chance. As my third and most likely final tour of your existence is nearing its end I lay here in disappointment and disbelief when I look at what you have become. Gone are the days of passion, excitement and wonder and hello to the continuous frustration of what remains.
