My store manager create a pip to find a reason to terminate pharmacy manger who is working for more than 11 years at same location without any warning or notice. Based on pip she decide to terminate and DM gave option to float around or been terminate.

TRUE. They want cheap labor. Most of the experienced pharmacist managers quit on their own or fired our area.

This also happened to me after being employed for 8.5 years. It is true... Wag is trying to terminate experienced pharmacists in exchange for new grads. So sad!
