yes, very well said .. I got walked out with my team as I tried to do something ... and others DE in my team sitting doing nothing still stay back.
You are correct - it was a place for old white guys in blue sport coats who s---ed off the teat of revenue from products that were built in the 80s and 90s, all the while using the magic of marketing spin to fool the internal glassy-eyed employees that the company was a technology powerhouse driven by innovative "cause", and not a bloated and dying former 800 pound gorilla.
Why I see only guys dressed up suits? definitely does not presents itself to be a place for engineers.
