Some but not all, certain regions of the center simply serving as head counts. Not a good investment at all. From employees to senior management totally uncommitted to the business. Turnover is so high and employees have absolutely no loyalty. Barely learning about the business and quit within a year or so. Though, can't blame the employees, there are other bigger and brighter companies to go for. It is becoming a culture that, an employee learned the stuffs for a year or so and quit for other company. The more they quit and the higher the pay. It takes a short 5 years to reach what an American employee will reach in 10-15 years. Stupid big corporations keep spending money and training competitor's employees.
Hire Americans? That is absurd, I mean they are so much smarter and easier to understand. Why it only took 8 of them to replace me, it was a bargain when you pay them $3.00/hr right? If we want the jobs to come back to America you need to start with the customers, they need to demand it from companies. Most of the new startups are using Onshore resources. But once they get large enough they always seem to move the jobs overseas to make higher profits.
