After dealing with India, it will end up killing the company
As usual, for each guy let go in US, they will hire 5 in india that will do a sh--ty work. Dell is doing that for years
A lot of innovation happens in India and it also contributes to a significant patent portfolio. Luckily it's also a cheaper place than North America/Canada and might therefore benefit from the layoffs.
The level of competency is not in India and would not count on it. Indian education lack the practical skills.
I doubt it its a cheeper location. I would say more jobs will be created there.
