Leadership is blind to the business. Executive staff are becoming yes men and are just politicians. Leadership down the toilet
Hard to stop when its family members with different last names
Really interesting and coincedental that seems to be. I'm sure they wouldn't knowing hire a relative of sole mate over someone more qualified. I thought that only happened in Hollywood with actors and their kids, brothers, sisters and anyone else in their extended family.
You would think management would be smart enough to end that practice, but then again, it is NOV, family over customer quality.
