Makes it easier to drop the fmc . Fmc surface will be sold off.
Is it FMC/Technip or Technip/FMC. Either way it sounds weak and unorganized. Not much thought or creativity put into the name if you ask me.

Merger... the 17th. All new Technip packets will be on all the desks of FMC employees on late Monday night. For those that survive the Friday 13th layoff.
What day or timeframe does the merger officially take place?
