Another excuse for the techs with sh--ty NPS scores. They must cheat. I did hear of one tech who got fired because he was doing his own NPS surveys. He would send the survey to the optimum email he created. He would then sign in as them and fill it out. He got caught and fired. Anyone cheating on NPS is leaving a paper trail that is easily detected. Just do better and stop blaming the system or the techs at the top must be cheating. It really is pathetic from the bottom feeders.

Or they just took the time to change the GB or the fitting at the tap. Or took the time to do that little extra for the customer so they would get a good VOC. Some of the techs complain about the VOC because they are absolutely horrible to the customer. It's not that hard to be nice and take the extra minute. It goes a long way.

Don't act all high and mighty, even the good techs I QC'd did crap work alot of times they just botched less so they got a pass, there sometimes isn't alot of difference in quality of workmanship between top performers and bottom performers except that the top guys knew how to game the system
