You call it a " Bonus", It's Called Incentive Compensation Pay" ICP, The Company already holds back 10% of your industry standard pay, so that part is yours to begin with, anything over that you could consider that a Bonus, based on the Company achieving, targets and milestones, compared to it's peers.
