Even if intel bought real estate at peak and sold at a depth of the reception, that would have been a 20% loss. How much did intel lose in all those acquisitions again?

Mcafee? Altera? Xscales?etc,etc,etc

@xuh.. Ah yes, the age old argument that once CA passes more taxes there's going to be a flood of companies moving. Yes, some companies will move. The ones that aren't doing well. CA, up or out....Just like people who can't afford to live here on a low pay job... GTFO out of the state.

The nice part about coast parts of the US, is between 2009 and now, RE prices have already exceeded peak. And that without the poor quality borrowers that was the cause of the meltdown.

I think intel did the right think getting rid of you, lol.
