ok, srsly, wtf is wrong with all the intel internal tools. None of them work, the worst one is the HR live chat. Who programmed this sh_t? Whoever programmed it must be completely fking retarded.
On a side note, why do all the live HR reps seem to be from south america?
It's not just HR tools, it's ALL internally made tools as the OP mentioned. They s_ck SO bad which is why I counted my days (for 2 yrs. lol) till I could retire early. I wanted OUT. it really s_cks when the tools you have to use to do y our job (I was an admin) SERIOUSLY s_ck.

HELLO! HR Tools. Intel obviously doesn't give a Sh*t about their employees. Remember it was not too long ago that "perp walk" was popularized by Intel management!
The HR chat tools were built by a long-ago embedded IT HR group that no longer exists. Probably nobody is actively maintaining them, or the baton's been passed so many times through SET and stealth ACT and ACT 2016 that it is limping along on duct tape and bailing wire.
