I have a call with HR and the partner, October 2 2017 for 20mins. The subject says touchpt. I handle a project and took it live in 3months working day and night. This cycle I got 4 rating, because I don't have good relationships with the engagement partner. I am in the Advisory Financial Services.
Same. I had threes fours and fives and two performance differentiation and my pre CRT meeting with my RP was fine as well. Post CRT i was told to leave for performance. I was in the Deals group - DDV.
I worked for core assurance, and was let go yesterday (6/14/17). They told me it is because of underperformance. It doesn't make sense to me. My evaluations lately are at level, not to mention other two differentiators during busy season.
I worked for PWC's Financial Crimes Unit (FS Advisory) and was notified today (6/5/17) would be my last day with one month's severance. I was told performance was the reason but that doesn't match my body of work. From an earlier call with my HR rep a few weeks ago ... the writing was on the wall.
Curious to know too. Just don't post any names, this site doesn't allow it.
In early January, employees targeted for layoffs were notified that their last day would be 3/31. Downsizing will include EA's, IFS staff and even partners.
