So my favorite new word in plural form - "optimizations". Have a feeling we need to get used to it ASAP. This ain't over by far. About today's note from CEO:
I won't tag the note but it basically says 130 jobs at corporate were eliminated and to continue the new initiatives to save $ these type of "optimizations" will continue for the next weeks to months. Oh and Sears/Kmart will only be successful with every employees effort. Also mentions how they "value" every employee and wish those who were let go the best.
