Hey everyone, did you know that now you can take the vacation you've been meaning to take? This was actually said to me. As well as not to discuss the personal meeting with other Kelloggs employees. You know, the ones who remain my friends long after our jobs are gone. They are keeping a few to insure product shelf placement, codes and new items. If you have been with Kelloggs less than 10 years your chances are slim, but still better than some of us who have been with the company longer than 10 years. I was told, another lie, there were no jobs available in my area, yet the Sales Rep going into the personal meeting behind me received one of the remaining jobs, who lives 10 miles from me. I'm happy for that person, but I believe they chose that individual because they have been with the company for far less years than I have. That means that Kelloggs pays less salary, retirement, etc. You get the picture. Oh, and the manager that gave me my walking papers, is staying.

The people that kept their jobs are the absolute WORST in each division! Lazy people who have done the bare minimum for the company!!!! Such a joke! oh & acting like Cobra is a financial possibility for families.. I told everyone I know to never buy a Kellogg product again!!!
I got hired by Keebler Company. Keebler was much kinder to their employees over the year. Down hill Coorporate Greed ever since being bought by Kelloggs. They stopped caring about the customers. More worried about putting cameras in the route drivers trucks. Micro managing the warehouse. Should have been more focused on the Stores. Oh. AND WAL MART is behind Most of It
I know 3 sales people that kept their jobs. They will be walking the 50 plus stores to make sure the product is on the shelves. Lol the stores are going to do what they want. GET OUTTA MY STORE YOU PEON!
I don't believe any of the Merchandising and Sales Manager's are keeping their jobs. It's the district manager's that are staying. The one's that made their yearly appearance to a selected few territories. In my meeting it was my current manager, who will no longer have a job in the end and the district manager.
I am sorry you lost your job. My husband was one of the managers that had to tell all of his people they didn't have a job. He didn't get one either.
