I'm not sure if these numbers are right or not but that what I've heard Kellogg will pay u to stay on tell August. Something to think about since Kellogg is calling it a bonus u will be taxed at 45percent on it which is a huge hit on your bonus to stay tell August.good luck

your severence pay is taxed at 25 % your stay on bonus plan is taxed at 45 % because its considered a bonus u get taxed more
The papers my husband got today say $6400, and they explain that it's taxed at 25 %. However, you only get a quarter of it within 60 days, the rest is paid after your last day.
