Huge group of people leaving anyway at the end of the school year. Going to be hard to find a moving company before August or so.

The numbers are posted. It was more than 2 or 3. One school in one community lost 6 teachers - voluntarily. It’s unwinding. Give it a rest.
How many laid off in 2018? 2? 3? out of 60,000+ employees.
No-one is leaving. They are staying. They love Saudi Aramco. Best Company ever. Only losers whine.
Never happened, normal ebb and flow.
I have never seen people bailing out of a company the way I am seeing aramco offices emptying. I think dumping employees families and children on the street to wait for permission to leave the kingdom has backfired in a big way.
Pretty certain about that two year thing
May be just a tad bit optimistic on that 80B. Geology not looking too good.
80B strike in Bahrain, OPEC production caps based on reserves, and every finger on the globe pointing to the same place as the original source of every shtpot extremist "paradise" over the last 50 years. I hear taps playing. Within two years saudi arabia's place in the world will be a distant memory.
They sit on it for a few days but it gets done. After all, it's just hired help. Easy to replace!
All I can say is wow.
What's this rumor about division heads holding up resignations and not allowing them to process through? Doesn't the company management have a bad enough reputation without adding deliberate delay of resigning employee exits to it?
Closing CRM items without doing anything and producing powerpoint slides celebrating it as a success story is a critical aramco skill.
I would suggest starting with the 268,000 "innovative ideas" in the "innovation database" but I never found a Saudi who entered one that could actually explain it.
They usually refer you to someone else and I fear all the someone else's are moving on
They'll save millions in data storage costs when they don't have anyone to steal "suggestions" from. That's an accomplishment.
I can't wait until October when all the "supervisors" are looking at each other wondering whose accomplishments they're going to take credit for.
Should make for some interesting PowerPoint presentations full of blank slides.
Looks like this thread correctly called it - end of school year exits will be bigger than the layoffs themselves.
I think the schools will be rebranded as the centers for extremism and terrorism.....
hahahahaha! Be careful not to choke on those Saudi dollars!
Well well looky who came back to talk about his money.
Here's your answer dawg. How 'bout you go back to the enjoyment of banging the top of your head over and over on the bottom of someone's desk while you're dollar-bobbing.
The rest of us will take our chances.
To summarize: The contents of your gold-plated colon bag will smell the same as everyone else's and not a soul will care what you're carrying it around in.
Very rude post be more professional here
Don't let the door hit you on your way out. Enjoy FICA and PICA and MICA while Aramco expats are getting wealthier with every paycheck that lands in their checking and they don't spend a single dime out of it (I know I am). Bye bye.
I know it's our last year. I wouldnt do 10 years here for any amount of money.
As to the schools - why does Aramco need western schools with no westerners? Let the replacements set up their own schools hahahahahaha....
Where are these people leaving from? DHA? Will they no longer be teaching American school programs?
