Thread regarding McKesson Corp. layoffs

More Lawsuits Filed Against McKesson

We are about to be sued for illegally selling opioids. After being fined for $150 Million by the Feds in a False Claims Act Allegations lawsuit over violation of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) our ethical senior management has sunk to a new low.

Lifshitz & Miller announces investigation on behalf of MCK investors concerning MCK's monitoring and distribution of prescription painkillers.

... and ...

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP Announces the Commencement of an Investigation Involving Possible Breaches of Fiduciary Duty by the Board of McKesson Corporation

This lawsuit is basically stating that the management is cooking the books to prop the company up. From what I can see on the inside this company is having a very serous liquidity crisis. Can't afford to pay the bills which would explain the move from California to Texas. It allows the company to have a layoff without having to announce one officially. Moreover the acquisition of the new company is an obvious last ditch effort to buy a profitable company with the last of our cash before our expenses catch up with us.

Almost like they are in One Post just trying to see how many more mishaps they can startup!!

Hey Mr @8roc. Go back to that rock you crawled out from. McKesson is layoff central. McK stock s---s. markets are doing well. 401k's are doing well.

Bloke of a Prez. LOL Bloke? that's an Aussie term or English. Get a grip dude! This site is about exposing McK corruption and their layoff practices. That's all they do well. Lay off. Lay off. Lay off. because they s....c.......k at software development. JH should NOT have bought so many companies and sold it as One McKesson. What a joke that was. Buy different companies, and then tell everyone it's all seamless integration. Really??????? LOL. Different software, Different methodologies.... Different databases..... Seamless integration...... What was he smoking?

Good god I know these executives wish they could just dump the mess they bought, but no one wants it. These execs have to wait out for the contract obligations they made with existing customers for support, etc. etc. etc. before they can open up their bottle of Krug Champagne to celebrate. Wait.... Maybe just maybe somehow they will get their due date in court. Just like the HBOC crooks that went to jail because of the Accounting fraud. But.... hey... McK bought them. Cost them millions when people sued. LOL.

Anyone left at this stage of the game is a total fool for working for a company that is the Master Vampire s---ing the last drop from your veins.

Anyone who uses the term sheeple in a sentence is not worthy of respect or even a second thought. My 401k is doing great under Trump!

Sorry Charlie, but corporations DO run this country. Not the sheeple. Lobbyist do the grunt work and the sheep do nothing but follow...go ahead leave and join another corporation, nothing will change. It is the Street quarterly numbers that matter. You have a president now Becuase the sheep could not get out and vote...but lobbyists are at it 24/7. Enjoy your retirement money..while smart folks get golden shutes

McKesson is very liquid in cash on their pharmacy end of the business. It's the healthcare software that is the problem child for this parent.

Last comment has got to be from executive corporate management: just shut up and work.

Nice Tone! That's why people have a choice to leave this company. We are not corporate slaves, and you don't own us. And yes, we have a voice, and we have a choice, and we definitely will not work for tyrants like this giant. Sorry...... You do NOT own us.

You are crazy! McKesson is a very cash heavy company. Secondly, after large settlements and payout it is common for secondary lawsuits come in and make various claims to pick the scraps. This will not amount to anything. The biggest reason? Large corporations OWN YOU! There are no freedoms, choices or politicians for the people...corporations own YOU. Learn to invest or just shut up and work
