I was a consultant at Chubb in 2015-part of 2016. I was stunned at how many employees basically did nothing and had immensely inflated jobs.
They filled their days up with useless meetings to show how busy they were, thought they were entitled and indispensable and had no idea what things were like out in the real world, where innovative and lean companies not only survive but thrive.
Many aspects of their business process and infrastructure (both internal and external) were antiquated and convoluted.
