Yes, but a business case needs to be put together to justify it, eg- expertise or experience in a specific field.

Thanks. I'm a Dell legacy employee with an associates degree. I have decades of experience in my field, and hold a engineering title.

Yes - if you bring expertise and experience in the specific field for which you're being considered. Otherwise, you will have a difficult time.

They have in the past. Mainly its about who you know. If you dont know anyone yes unless you have some years of experience in the field you are applying for. Probably have to go through the GSAP program as well
