why is it that, right we here lean and dotwimpy and the whole process should be streamlined by now i mean they've had this process for a while, they tweak it here and there, LOL who am i kidding they change things daily sometimes small sometimes big and sometimes you never hear it. But after all the years i been with this company i still can't figure out why they do what they do. They hire a bunch of people weed out the that they just trained (waste of money) and then they layoff people to i guess (save money) i mean to me it doesn't make any sense some of those layoffs are people who had years with the company, yeah they make more but still.
I get the anticipation of changes but seriously this company makes like billions of dollars seriously?
