I would like to wish all the new WPX people a Happy Commitment Runs Day.
Another year has come and gone. But I will always have this day to look forward to.
It's that time of year again. In fact it is the most wonderful time of the year. A time of reflection and joy. A time of year that is rivals Festivus, that's right.

Wishing a Merry Deep Day to you and yours.
Only thing I miss is weekly meetings where the manager touts the core values and then grabs a-- on the way out.
Ah I love looking back at my "on this day " in facebook. On this day you were bummed out. A year later you've got a job with an actual mission and future.
I thank god every day I got out of that dumpster fire. Talk about the blind leading the blind.
Getting out of that place is a blessing. I have empathy for those of you still stuck there. Those who have still not found a new job, keep your head up and things will work out.
