Thread regarding Automatic Data Processing Inc. layoffs

Company Treating senior associates like trash.

ADP was once a good company to work for until the current CEO took charge. This company could care less about the associates that work hard and have been with the company for years. There is no loyalty for doing a good job anymore. They hire managers who have zero experience in the payroll industry and are clueless.

Looking at the large amount of new job postings ADP is generating via Glassdoor, Indeed, and other sites, more will be required from the new employees but at far smaller salaries.

I was a technical analyst before being laid off at ADP, but judging from the new job descriptions that are popping up at the Norfolk and Maitland offices, far more knowledge and expertise is now required to do that job. If I was a new employee with the same knowledge I have now, I would not be able to do the job without more training. And would be doing that job at a third of my former salary.

ADP was considered a very conservative company until current CEO (ADP's youngest CEO) took over. Now ADP is considered to be a very progressive company - hence all the changes in leadership, reductions in force, office closings, unhappy employees and clients. ADP's motto for several years now has been 'change is good' for business - employee loyalty, long term tenure, means nothing to new progressive senior leadership team, to them it's all about the mighty stock option grant and bonus. The way things are going another grand social experiment in business is doomed for failure.

It is beyond unbelievable how ADP is doing things now. Closing offices everywhere and letting tenured people go only to build new buildings and hire new clueless people!! It's all about the ole mighty $$!! Not to mention all the outsourcing to India and the Philippines. Clients are furious talking to all these new people who don't know anything or talking to offshore associates they cannot understand and also know little to nothing!!

The new name for ADP should be automatically deleting people llc... as stated above management doesn't care about long time employees... not only did thing get worse under new ceo once they added Vipul Nagrath things got worse and the layoffs. That is what he is knowned for. all they want to do is cut old timer to hire clueless lower pay people add to that now the move is to hire them in southern states because it's cheap labor.. as always get what you pay for.. the funniest is they can't find the talent...
