I had to laugh at the comment from the outfitter above about the holster and orange firearm. The gun counter people had to start doing that, so I recommended a banana instead, in case, someone went guns up on them, and they had to eat the banana. LOL
Cabela's open on Easter? We know the Cabela's family are out of the picture. Priest would never saction them to stay open on Jesus Resurrection day.
For the first time in Cabela's history the stores will be open Easter Sunday! If that is not a major sign that the core values that Mary, D--k and Jim put into the company are gone I don't know what is. No wonder the company is failing, it has thrown out everything employees could have pride in.
Oh I'm sure this will generate a new round of "visual merchandizing," more add on sales will be the new buzz word, everyone will be required to wear a holster and an Orange gun and we'll now be expected to have 20 club cards before the end of March. Meanwhile the it's become obvious to all but the most ardent koolaid drinkers the good ship Tommy has struck an iceberg and is listing dangerously to port and a few life boats are missing...
