Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

Lack of merchandising, logistics problems were always prevalent.I did well so they shot my numbers up each year, creating unattainable bonuses at the end. They were in bed with the stockholders so much that kvalues were never practiced.14 hour days were the norm, and when i asked for help, i was told to work smarter not harder.i left the company and slowly all my tms that were in my region left. Little by little they were squeezed out, always found a way to let them go. The kicker is they were doing the same thing to their dms, most not lasting two years. I have a friend who is still a rep. I saw kelloggs said it was just laying off just 1100, do not be fooled. I have seen estimations as high as 7000, when you throw all in. Great employees who consistently got jobbed. I hope they lose their a--.
