The joke started way before JP and BC who just happen to "Retire" the same time, right..... This started back when PP was in charge and now she's back! Check out the board for CHC.... What are they thinking? This ship started to sink the moment PP took over... outsourcing didn't work then but they decided 2 times a charm? NOT! it's till not working pargon is paragone. That's the joke around here.

Keep Paddling was a joke when JP and BC came up with it.....like the jokes they turned out to be. Get out...you won't believe how good life is once you have left the Paragon Prison.
'Keep paddling'. It's funny because Paragon, like the Titanic, didn't have paddles. A perfect metaphor for a disastrous and tragic enterprise that occurred because the people 'in charge' thought they had everything under control.
That EIS "Keep Paddling" motto didn't last long... Too much sinking and bailing to keep paddling.
The people getting severance 3/31 are the lucky ones. Paragon will limp to the finish line 3/31/18 and all remaining work will be outsourced to India.

End of March: it's posted elsewhere here. More than 300 employees in EIS to be laid off 3/31, and replaced with Indians. Paragon will likely be all Indian by the end of the next FY.
You obviously do not work for here, go away.
Most of EIS support will be shipped off to India and hundreds of 'us' working Paragon will be let go.
