so they say we get 4 grand to stay to August with $1ooo given ahead of time but when walmart and other large accounts start getting direct delivery by April where does that leave us ? 30hr workweeks to August? so they are paying us our own money in lost wages even if we are still functioning by August. Also I heard that if we terminate operations before August we have to re-emburse Kelloggs our incentive money! Dont trust anything they promise you!

Yes, they will take the thousand dollars back if you don't stay until August. They will take it out to of your checks. But they cannot take it out of your severance package. But you get to keep your phone, yay ( sarcasm )!

I spoke with Merch Scheduler: kelloggs already has credit collection agencys lined up to collect if you don't fulfill your obligation until August.
That is just reprehensible.
