So Walmart is changing over in April. Where does that leave labor? My guess is part time positions will be gone. Also, why the hell and I being told this by my customers and not by Kellogg's. That's shady and not part of K Values.

The severance is 6 weeks min for RSR and then a week for each year. Yes, I was given the script emailed from corporate.
Were you advised to show store employees the letter that Kellogg sent out explaining the changes?
This layoff is just sounding more of a blessing in disguise. I wonder how the severance package is going to look? I wouldn't trust Kellogg to make the severance any better than their "retention package".
I agree. It's difficult going to service a store and the employees and management all feel bad for you.
