I understand that but I would of hope they Would of gave some people a heads up of how they really felt. I guess that's why I am not management material, I care too much you have to be very selfish to do that job. That's probably why I have gotten in trouble a lot by speaking out, And protecting other, but when I or we needed help no one came through, maybe they were scared to say something, but if you know your job and do it well, you should never be afraid to speak out on any injustice yours or someone else's.

They were just trying to save their own jobs or package, if they spoke out,they would get nothing
