For the last few weeks supervisors and managers have been leaving. Right now there is literally only two maybe three supervisors on the 7:30 shift. Right now each of these sups is handling at least 30 techs. And nothing on the marquee to replace all the ones that left. So strange...very empty around the Bronx garage.
Also we were suppose to get invited to ATS by now but they said its pushed back to April. What the hell is going on around here so confused.
The only thing that's 1000% true is that Altice created Ats to save money, if it doesn't benefit their bottom line, it would not have been created.
Actually that's not completely true. Some were not offered a spot. But many were.the problem as stated to me by some exiting supervisors was that ATS remains very vague on important topics. Questions asked to ATS reps could not be answered and these sups were expected to take the offer regardless but refused due to extreme gaps in ATS functions and lack of clarity.
I can attest to this for the simple fact that I also asked questions to managers about ATS and they had little to no answers. You are expected to sign on regardless because apparently we have no choice. But it seems the best choice is to take the package and leave.
Every shop is a goast town, there not replacing any supervisors, they weren't invited to ATS. This is the new norm.
