This page use to be good now there's nothing but f---ery. I hope you all get laid off and find better jobs including myself. Some people who took the packages are doing better now. Change is not always a negative it might just be what we all need.

I pray to see the day when all of God's children, OSP and Field Service....... Construction and Fiber...... Design and Supervisors, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual:
Free at last! Free at last!
Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!
all praises to Altice Technical Services
The answer to your question is no.
@ big tech
Just proves he DONT KNOW SH.t.. ROOKIE.. 100 foot drop n your transmit at 46-48 its called refer to osp. How bout u try and fix the issue rather than do half a-- work. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO USE A METER. Oh ur SUPERTECH... lucky I'm not in your shop I would be ratting u and your sh--ty work out with your retarded self.
On a 100' drop transmit should be about 46-48, and a dc8 is actually the 9 port amps we use.
U never answered the package question..
Agreed ATS will bring us together
Well said
FS techs continuously bashing OSP at this point are running scared. They don't know anything about fiber, have no idea how to measure light level, have never set foot inside a head end before and don't even know what a DC-8 is. Whether you want to accept it or not, the technical knowledge level between FS and OSP is like comparing grade school math to calculus. Some of you guys should learn to work together instead of against each other.
Hey big tech, I have a question for you. If you have a 100' drop and a 20 value tap, what should your transmit level at the ground block be?
Sounds like more union propaganda - or osp techs pretending to work hard every day what a joke, if you guys were paid by the job Big Fat Zero
Under educated overpaid .... what a crime, only in America God bless.
It depends how man guys the duped into Ats
