Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

Looking back we should have seen this coming.

When Kellogg's acquired Keebler we had seen the moral drop, but no one seemed to care. Maybe some understood the concerns, but I cannot tell you how many times I heard "my hands are tied"! Kellogg's brought they're cereal through the grocery warehouse and probably had the same plan all along for the snack side. The push to make numbers with minimal help had grown over the last few years, 2016 being the worst. Then finally a conference call for everyone to join, drivers included. "By the end of July we will be delivering all DSD product directly to the grocery chains! However, we are going to need all of you to continue to do your jobs!" Wait, what? How will I find another job with a 50 plus hour work week? So my suggestion is to use any unused sick and vacation time left and start looking. They really don't care, so why should we. If you haven't had the conference call yet, it's right around the corner.

I think we need to get the word out to all on joining the class action suit against Kellogg's.
