Class action lawsuit

There is zero doubt in my mind that Kelloggs has been violating labor laws. We need to look into class action law suit. I know I'm sales side, we have still been doing merchandisers schedules, interviewing and hiring merchandisers, dealing with all store complaints even after we " lost" control of merchandisers with the hiring of merch managers and scheudlers. There is not such thing as a day off when a sales rep. We had no coverage so even on days off we have to answer phones from merch, stores and input orders. When your sick, you still input orders that merchandisers wrote because of lack of coverage. Here in California sales reps had to throw 150 cases a week, do loads and take care of 25-30 stores.

I am not schooled in law nor have I've seen my attorney yet. But from what I read, if you sign the package you waive your rights to sue the company and forfeit any potential settlement from past, current or future lawsuits.

What about all the times they did not allow a proper system for allowing hourly people to log and get paid for breaks and lunches?

Nabisco did and they received a pretty good pay out. I know, I was one of them. Currently a Kellogg's team member, I believe it's to late, now that they are desolving all positions. The hard part is finding an attorney to take on the case.

You're completely correct. We need a lawsuit. I'm on the east coast and have the same issues. I'll never see the pay that is owed to me. Nabisco did it why can't we?
