Anyone else having issue with severance pay? I was laid off the 3rd week of January. I faxed everything they asked for and I still haven't received anything. I called 88sears and they gave me a case#. Just wondering if I'm he only one having issues :-(

My last day at my store is coming up very quickly.. Our store Manager's are handling the faxing of paper work.. will that make a difference?

Same here just had to keep calling them. There is 3 papers that :) ave to be faced to them. Once they got them I had my pay in 48 hours. Good luck
