Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

kelloggs is on the slide right into the sh---er

I worked for Kelloggs/Keebler for 29 1/2 years until being kicked to the curb in the 2016 restructure. The posts by the other folks are true.....management s---ed the last 5 years i was with the company. The supposed k values are a crock.........so many good people left the company including some outstanding managers in my area. They were driven out by nasty management who would threaten them, belittle them and not let them have a uninterrupted vacation. Employees were paid based on a 40 hour week but often worked 50-60 hours with no extra compensation, me included. The last 5 years were awful, my immediate manager was terrible only cared about themselves and was quick to throw you under the bus, then expect you to be a company player. I dont miss the job at all. Screw Kelloggs.

Kelloggs was the worse company to work for. They don't give a sh-- about their employees. K values? What k values? This job made me physically sick all the time . They did us all a favor. I will never purchase another Kelloggs or Keebler product again.
