I am getting laid off from a profitable company and I cannot translate my skills somewhere else. I have a college degree in business and 7 years experience in retail and I know I won't be able to provide for my family at all now. Screw the senior leadership. I've worked 60hrs and been paid for 40 for years now. Nothing to show for all my extra work. I hope they choke on their steak.
