I am a manager in the company and Kellogg's screwed everyone in the company yet again . We shed blood sweat and tears through the last f---ed up transition and in a year they fire everyone .
On top of that that "Thank You" message at the end of the year from senior leadership and the next month they fire everyone. I will Boycott Kelloggs and tell every store to screw their product . Poorest leadership I have ever seen in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went through this years ago right after NAFTA passed. 15 years at Mattel. In one day and poof....your gone. This crap has been going on for a long time. Of course it is never a concern until its you. I truly am sorry for the job losses. Heads up and keep on keeping on...Oh yeah, I NEVER buy Kelloggs GMO infested cereals. After 19 years I lose my job with Kelloggs. The strangest part is when a VP tells us the median household income is $75000. They don't have enough money to buy our products because they cost to much. Then she fires 3000 people and doesn't realize we now household income far below the median. What an idiot !!!!!!
And many of us Deplorables will continue to boycott Kellogg's because we don't appreciate businesses that try to exert their views of social utopia on us. My thoughts and prayers to all of you who have been laid off or otherwise affected by the demented company leadership.
A company not losing money with a chance to sell and they choose to ruin thousands of employees income by letting go the whole workforce! I think the ceo and higher ups need an oatmeal enema like wm kellogg was known to prescribe! Refuse to buy Kellogg products!
I agree I also work with Kelloggs and they announced yesterday, everyone in the dsd part of snack foods will be layed off by the end of the year! I will never buy there product again!
