They will contract and dump until the next buyer comes along most likely his buddy from the usa just like he did with his European unit . These are money men your pathetic union drive is just a thorn and will be a easy divide and conquer tactic. That's why they hired just before ownership change so no majority can be held at depots. Again, what's with all the contractor talk??? ATS is going to be an organization filled with w2 employees. The amount of work to be deployed over the next 10 years is astronomical, and there are no contracting companies with the knowledge to service it as well. There is talk about applying our workforce force outside work, but that doesn't imply that we are contractors. As an employee I'll still be doing the same job for the same employer. Either way my career continues. Plus, my goal isn't to be a tech forever. If anyone thinks they can be doing field work till retirement is crazy. Know why no one retires as a tech? Cause their body breaks down first. You need to have a plan
