did a java interview, in hyderabad
after intial java tech interview all weird questions
are u ready work 12 hours shift - evening 6 to morning 6 P.M
u should work on weekends and holidays and no extra pay will be given.
u should take of deployment, testing - test automation, release mgmt, production support also.
i say interview was for development why should leave my developent jon an i do testing at ur place ?? - Answer puzzled look
do you really have java development work... - Ans ... we have many projects in pipeline
finally salary offered is that of tester. 5.5 lakh for 4 yrs exp
I ask why u are hiring in hyderabad for pune and chennai office - looks confused and taken aback
-is it because u want to make us work 12 hours shift - which no local guy will do in pune or mumbai ??
and - ok we are concluding we will get back to you..... pathetic look on face...
