If you can't see it already, your either stupid or blind. Look at your building. Most of the departments are gone or on their way out. Calls being answered overseas and across the country. Facility's and Garages being let go. VDO and RCC are next. The only reason they haven't touched you bozzo's in field service is because they made an agreement that no customer facing employee can be let go for 4 years. What do you think is going to happen when that time comes? You really think their keeping you because your such a great tech? Then your retarded!! They will pay someone a 1/3 of what your getting without having to pay for health insurance and benefits. WAKE THE F--- UP YOU dumb--sES!!!!!

Proper grammar will matter to recruiters when you update your resumes for the next job opportunity. Just an FYI.
But to the larger more important point, OP is correct. Dolan made a terrible mistake to all his dedicated employees , many of who I worked with and was one of not long ago, by selling to Altice instead of Charter or TW or Comcast or whoever. Most likely these discussions wouldn't even be happening. I left 3 years ago and started a new direction, hope you all can do the same with much success.

There is no guarantee to keep our job for 4 more years. Altice agreed not to reduce the number of people to service customers. That means our jobs can be outsourced.
