The Marketing Department has awful leadership and cannot identify true talent. They promote a-- kissers that have zero management experience and even fewer people skills. Meanwhile, truly hard working employees are overlooked and viewed as expendable. How many chances are they going to give these managers? It's the worst management structure I've ever been a part of. Cannot wait to get out of this God forsaken Department / organization.

I'm sorry you had to experience this. Waiting for someone to do something about this. You're not the first one to speak up. It's time to clean house of the managers.
Preach. I went to HR and they didn't do anything.
