It is the only one worth keeping in tact - and the portion of IT that supports them. You'll need a few day-to-day accountants. CUT everything else to the bone ( note in some areas there may be no bone just FAT).

will need a bunch more meetings to come up with how to fix and on and on
15 - 20 other areas that rebrand so fast no one is quite sure who they are or what they actually
contribute
Lastly HR ---- we can sell tickets to watch them leave and recoup some of the layoff costs
