I don't give a damn if Aicha gets $25m. I am just continuously pissed off that her incompetent staff is still around and wasting money. We front line managers are constantly told that we have to do performance management, which will automatically lead to a certain percentage of IRs and SSL4/5s, but apparently, Aicha is not capable of such performance management, as none of her staff members or their staff members got ISPs. That is shocking, given how unbelievably incompetent, useless and ineffective many of them are.
