Nice job HSE Erie for making Public Notice section of 2/7/2017 edition of Erie Times, pg D4. "Significant non-compliance with the City of Erie Industrial Waste Discharge Ordinance". Could it be that you have been sending all that sludge from the RMA pressure wash booth straight to the city treatment facility?
