No pay rises and always the constant threat of being made redundant . less people to run more accounts no shame in senior management they just want there huge payouts whilst the rest of there staff suffer . This company does not value there employee's at all no matter how hard you try. the cost of living goes up and you pay becomes less. Share holders reap the rewards

First, it was cost cutting to improve the business. Now, it is business-cutting to manage the costs... not sure at what point the cart overtook the horse!!
Then buy stock in the company. You know these days most companies are the same. There is no loyalties to the employer or from the employee.
