The laughing gas factory is likely first, since ITT probably owes them the most.
I had over $2000.00 to file, but I missed the deadline. I don't think it will make a difference. I can't imagine everyone will get paid what they are owed. Who do you think will get paid first, the proof of claim people or the employees for the WARN act law not being followed?
