Thread regarding Zenith Education Group layoffs

RIDDLE ME THIS

Why does 3 failing Wyotech schools have a slew of admissions leadership and Everest has 1 person who has never been in admissions? Cochran seems like a nice lady but is lost! Do you think this reflects the direction of the company. Is the focus on Wyotech while letting Everest die on the vine?

This place is boring. Nothing believable, no numbers, no stats, no nothing...boring. Whining. Would someone with valuable, believable information please write something?

WyoTech needs to offer more hugs for people enrolled. They will maybe be worth 10.00 per hour on a good day due to lack of current industry education and the idea of students can time out as many times as they feel needed with a VA excuse. Keep up the good work everyone we are depending on your quality students. Red Shirts offered by employees that have never worked in the industry. Its a business as she said in the meeting.

WyoTech has a lot better chance of attracting military veterans than Everest has. For the last 10 years WyoTech has been living off the backs of the veterans and the tax payers. Seven out of every ten students are veterans so that's why there are more recruiters for WyoTech. Most are military recruiters that are paid a higher salary than standard recruiters and are pushed to meet a very strict budget. Most recruiters can't check their own oil because of no mechanical background but are paid to lie, cheat and steal from the veterans.

That's correct, approximately 70% of WyoTech's revenue is from the VA. Thanks VA for keeping us employed.

Wyotech gets more revenues that don't lead to as many defaults. Wyotech gets more money from the GI Bill.

1wln - Is enrollment up at all? I understood that all schools - WyoTech included - were experiencing significant decline in enrollment.

Wyotech is also struggling. Huge long term leases so unlikely Zenith will pull plug. Will likely look for a buyer. Enrollment not up much from year ago.

Only the "will work for food" desperate are willing to work at Everest.

Last ditch effort to save something. WyoTech always pulled the weight even under CCi.
